How to treat and heal anemia in a natural and non-invasive way? Apart from taking iron supplements, what are the possibilities to make yourself stronger and healthier? How the red blood cells production could be affected in a positive way that is gentle and beneficial for the overall health?

Anemia is the disease that affects the quality of the blood and the most common kind is the one of iron deficiency. This affects the red blood cells, their production and the abilities to move and reach the organs in the body, bringing the needed oxygen. The symptoms could be fatigue, rapid heart rate, dizziness and low energy, headaches and shortness of breath, also sleeping issues and muscle cramps.

The usual treatment of anemia is with iron supplements and eating a lot of meat and fish as sources of iron. The problem with this type of approach is that iron sometimes could not be well absorbed by the body and it takes a lot of time to heal the result of this. It is good to supply your body with the needed iron, however the cause for the condition needs to be addressed too. In most of the cases, anemia comes as a result of high levels of stress, physical exhaustion and a poor diet. But most of all, the emotions affects the health of your heart and the whole body, so anemia like most diseases, is a complex condition.

coMra therapy

The method called coMra therapy is an approach that is holistic and heals the whole organism, supporting the body into restoring its natural balance. The laser works in harmony with magnets and light diodes to give the cells and organs the additional energy they need in order to heal. As anemia affects the quality of the blood, treating the major points of the blood circulation would results into more vital and healthy red blood cells.

In the coMra user guide, you will see that the Universal Treatment 3 - Blood is the one designed to address this condition. It is the core anemia treatment that you need to apply and could be combined with other coMra treatments too. It has shown very good results if applied daily as the microcirculation is improved, the speed of the red cells moving in the body is accelerated, their ability to carry oxygen too and the blood vessels are strengthen. The Universal Treatment 3 - Blood is part of other healing courses as it is a major one while the blood circulates in the body and brings nutrients and information to each organ.

Stress and breathing

As part of your anemia treatment, you need to do some stress management because the high levels of cortisol and adrenaline affect the heart, the blood pressure and the hormonal balance in the body. Try to observe and connect the dots when searching for the causes of your issue because the body is not separate from the mind and the emotions. It is recommended to find your way to deal with stress with art activities, yoga, walking, moderate exercising etc. and to focus on the things that make you happy and joyful. The way you breathe is directly linked with the oxygen entering your body. The good emotional state will affect your overall health and your breathing. While your breathing is fast and shallow when you are under stress, you breathe calmly and deeper when you are relaxed. So, try to find your path to feeling good as it will support the healing process.

To start using coMra, first search your health issue in the coMra User Guide. If you can find it, start applying the relevant treatment protocol. If you do not find it, start with coMra Universal 3 and coMra Universal 5 protocols. If you have questions and need support by an expert, please contact us.

Fibromyalgia is a condition that is linked to pain which occurs all over the body, affects the muscles and the inner organs. There are tender points of pain but also sharp and severe pain, stiffness in the morning after a long night with bad quality sleep. From all this discomfort, people suffering from it are not able to have their daily life going on without taking good care of the constant pain in a constructive way.

Non-invasive vs. invasive treatment

When your hear the words pain management for fibromyalgia, you would probably think of medications and drugs, lots of them. There is a bunch of drugs prescribed for the muscles, the abdominal and any other area of the body affected. But they only mute the signals coming from the body that something is wrong there. They destroy the overall health and also affect negatively the emotional state of the person, often leading to anxiety and depression. And on the top of that, at the moment their impact on the nervous system is over, the pain comes back, without the smallest change or any healing progress. The medications therapy is highly invasive interfering with the body functions in a very aggressive way.

This is a cycle with no way out at all and people suffering from fibromyalgia maybe don’t know that there is another option to deal with the pain but also slowly to start healing the condition itself. People with different kinds of diseases need an approach which will not make the things worse by destroying the inner organs of the body only for the sake of soothing the symptoms. Everyone with a serious condition should be able to address the cause of the issue in a gentle and non-invasive way which is restoring the balance in the body in the most harmonious way.

coMra therapy

Here comes coMra therapy to be used as pain management for fibromyalgia as it is a natural, non-invasive and a very effective way to address the condition. It will soothe the pain at first but in time, it will heal the nerves, the muscles and will help regenerate the tissues and the organs. The coMra therapy is a very good way to support your body into its returning to the state of health. It could be applied in many cases and could treat many different conditions with excellent results. The fibromyalgia treatment and all the others could be found in the coMra user guide, however you can create your own treatment course when you get to know the details. You can extend the time of treating a point or add points if that feels good for you. The therapy is very gentle to your body and yet it is powerful to accelerate the healing processes in any organ or system.

To start using coMra, first search your health issue in the coMra User Guide. If you can find it, start applying the relevant treatment protocol. If you do not find it, start with coMra Universal 3 and coMra Universal 5 protocols. If you have questions and need support by an expert, please contact us.

As more and more people suffer from different forms of anxiety, the understanding of it becomes even more vital. It resembles fear and comes with hours of being worried but it looks like there is no actual reason for it. So, what would help you coping with anxiety at the moment when it happens to you? Are there any easy steps to follow in order to get instant relief but also to eliminate the cause of it?

Observe

Coping with anxiety should start with observation of your thoughts, emotions and physical condition presented at the moment when you feel anxious. Everything is connected in a very complicated way and one things leads to another but you need to understand what triggers your anxiety attacks. At those moments, your body operates as if there is a great danger - the muscles are mobilized, your breathing is shallow, your mind is alarmed to search for the exit of the situation and more brain zones are activated. But the danger is an illusion, it starts in your mind, in your perception. So, which are the thoughts and emotions which together would lead you to the overwhelming feeling that you call anxiety? Ask yourself the questions which will show your the roots of this condition.

Breathe

First of all, start breathing deeply and slowly as the quick and shallow breathing will rewire the stress reactions in your body over and over again. If you are able to concentrate only on your breathing and to follow your breath as it enters and leaves your body. The focus of your thinking will change and in the best scenario, you could even stop thinking about your problems which caused the worrying in the first place. The most important step when coping with anxiety attack is to breathe as calmly as possible in order to send some signals to your brain to relax.

Just do it

The next step in coping with anxiety, is to get involved into some sort of an action, a physical action which engages your body like dancing, cooking, singing, painting, writing, walking, exercising etc. Anything would work as soon as you start doing it at the very moment when you feel that the anxiety attack begins. Don’t wait even for a minute and even more important, try not to analyze it. As anxiety starts with a thinking pattern which engages the emotions, it is a very good idea to move your body and to change your focus from the mind into the physical. Doing something with your hands will help you dissolve the negative thoughts and would awaken your creative side which is a totally different state of being.

Heal Your Gut

Now, if you have anxiety moments very often, you need to heal your body as this high level of stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline could destroy your organs and the hormonal balance. There is a second brain in your gut and it is very important what types of bacteria are living there. Firstly, your need to cut all the sugar, alcohol, caffeine, medications and junk food from your diet as all of them are directly connected to anxiety. Secondly, your need to heal your organs and your systems as they need to operate well in order to maintain the healthy condition of the organism. There is a very gentle way to support your body with a non-invasive and safe method called coMra therapy which you could apply at home. The laser, together with magnets and light diodes is healing each cell, organ and system in your body providing the needed energy and information. It is recommended to do some treatment courses for your circulatory system, heart, abdominal area, liver etc. All the details about the treatments could be found in the coMra user guide.

Supply

You need a rich in nutrients diet with lots of fruits and vegetables and probably some supplements in the beginning in order to accelerate the coping with anxiety. Magnesium is the mineral which you could take immediately and continue to take daily until you feel better. Selenium, zinc and omega 3 acids could be very beneficial too. You can also try to include melatonin in the evening and some herb infusions like melissa, valeriana, lavender and mint. The essential oils have proven to have an immediate effect to your brain too and are very suitable for any forms of anxiety, so make sure that your have handy some of them like lemon, lavender, sage, frankincense, cedar etc. They smell amazing and will make you feel better.

To start using coMra, first search your health issue in the coMra User Guide. If you can find it, start applying the relevant treatment protocol. If you do not find it, start with coMra Universal 3 and coMra Universal 5 protocols. If you have questions and need support by an expert, please contact us.

Most of the diseases that we know are caused mainly by the high levels of stress which the body is experiencing too often. Stress is the reaction of the body as if we are in danger and it produces hormones that will help us to gather all our power and run. The problem is that there is no such thing and we have to live through some imaginary dangerous situation day after day. If the body is aware that there is nothing scary around us, then we could calm down easily and reduce the level of stress. With yoga, we unite the mind and the body in order to recover the harmony between them.

Slow down

When we try to multitask, think about many things at once, when we are in a hurry and try to get somewhere on time, then we may think that we are more productive but our body experiences all of this as a reason to produce more of “stress hormone” - cortisol. The high levels of cortisol in the body for a long period of time, are harming the main organs and cause diseases. In yoga, we do everything very slowly and this gives the body enough time to adjust to the changes without producing so much “bad” hormones. The slow movements are beneficial for the body helping it to detoxify and to be in good shape.

Breath and observe

When practicing different breathing techniques, we become more aware of what is going on with the body in this particular moment. The mere observation of the breathing process is something that brings us back to the present moment and helps us to deal with the overthinking. As this is the root cause of all anxiety and depression, it is very important to teach ourselves to just think less thoughts at one and the same time.

Meditation

When observing the breath long enough, we gently enter this specific state of mind called meditation or a mind without thoughts. Maybe it is hard at the beginning to even understand how it is possible to stop all of this chatting that is happening constantly in our heads, but it is getting easier with the practice. It is proved that after several minutes of meditation, the levels of cortisol are lower and we are actually even more concentrated and productive afterwards. The stress from the work is a big trouble when the thinking about the professional problems starts to interfere with our personal life. Meditation will help us to just relax and see the things from a different perspective.

Health issues and coMra therapy

Doing yoga on a regular basis will help you control your health issues and will ease some of the symptoms. However, some of the conditions could not be healed only with yoga practice but it is a good complimentary activity to coMra therapy. As this therapy is very gentle and non-invasive, it awakens the inner healing abilities inside you to give a full support into healing and recovery. In the coMra user guide you could find all the treatments and could apply them even as a prevention.

Healthy lifestyle

Actually, the cause for the stress at work is not only the problems that we need to deal with, but could be also how we take care of ourselves in general. Yoga is an ancient tradition that includes all areas of life. When practicing yoga, it is recommended to eat clean and healthy food, to go to a massage therapy regularly and to be active every day. When you eat whole foods, a lot of fruits and vegetables and other good food, you assist the body in its recovery and well-being. Applying coMra therapy, massage therapy and other alternative ways of healing would only make your yoga practice even more beneficial.

Maybe stress is not so much about what happened but more about how do you react to the issue, how do you handle and solve the problem. If you build a strong base inside yourself and create a confidence that will be always with you, you will live a more peaceful life. Yoga is all about connection, so when you connect the body with the mind and the soul, you could experience more joy and happiness in your life.

More and more women each day discover that their hormones are out of balance. Is it because of the modern lifestyle or the foods that we eat? Is it about the distress that is a part of the normal now? Do you know how actually is stress affecting your hormonal balance and why you need to find a way to relax? Low progesterone, high estrogen, thyroid issues and diabetes are all types of hormonal imbalance. What is that we, women, are doing wrong? What foods we have to eat and what to avoid if our progesterone is low? This precious hormone in the body of a woman that regulates her monthly cycle, her pregnancy and is so important for the conception of a healthy baby.

Foods to lower Progesterone

Some foods contain phytoestrogens which mimic the estrogen and will disturb its proper elimination from the body. As a result, the levels of estrogen in the body will increase. One of the main causes of low progesterone is estrogen dominance. This goes two-ways and often women find themselves in a vicious circle trying to control the excessive amount of estrogen. In that case, the body is not able to eliminate this excessive amount due to toxins, plastic, poor diet, stress or medications. Therefore, one way to control estrogen is by avoiding certain foods which are known to lower progesterone levels.

Herbs and roots that block progesterone production

Some herbs and roots are progesterone inhibitors and they might interfere with the progesterone receptors in your body. So, you have to minimize their intake in the form of herb infusions, supplements and for culinary purposes. Turmeric is one of the superfoods which is very healthy and has great good qualities but still, it is one of the foods that decrease progesterone levels. So, if your progesterone levels are low, you need to avoid it. Curcumin is the active component in it and if you consume it very often, it can lead to irregular periods and lacking ovulation. Thyme, liquorice, oregano, bloodroot and sage are called sometimes progesterone blockers. Therefore, try to cut them off your diet if you want the quantities of this hormone to increase.

On the other hand, there are foods and herbs that can help you increase the levels of your progesterone, so you need to incorporate them into your diet. Find out which are these foods here:

Sugar is not your friend

We will continue with the foods that decrease your progesterone. One of them is the sugar hidden in all the sweets, processed foods and "fast" carbohydrates. We all know that sugar is not healthy. The sugar intake has many risks for your health as it causes insulin spikes in your blood. The process of regulating blood sugar costs too many resources for the body and causes hormonal imbalances like diabetes and autoimmune diseases. Additionally, sugar feeds the bad bacteria in your intestines and other parts of your body like Candida (yeast infection). If you experience sugar cravings, it means that your body needs magnesium. However, the digestion of refined sugar actually depletes your body from magnesium. So, if you crave for chocolate during your PMS, it is better to choose a dark one with minimum sugar or eat raw nuts like almonds and walnuts as they contain magnesium and good fats. Sugar is also linked to premature ageing and the breakage of the collagen which results in saggy skin and leaky gut syndrome.

Why My Progesterone is High/Low?

So many women are experiencing hormonal imbalance and they still do not know what is the cause of it. Progesterone is a hormone which is important for the conception and the overall health of the woman. Low progesterone, estrogen dominance and thyroid issues are all connected. One causes the other in a vicious circle that seems to have no end. So why are my progesterone levels so low?

Are you trying to keep up with everything?

Career, children, projects, household, friends… the life of the modern woman is so busy that it often looks hectic and stressful. Trying to keep up with everything may leave you with the feeling that there is always something not done on time. When the woman does not create space for herself to rest, she becomes too active - always busy, always in a rush. Adrenaline and cortisol are constantly high and the production of progesterone is not a priority. The monthly cycle of the woman is there to remind her that there is time to be active but it has to be balanced with time for rest. Developing too many male qualities is not in service for the woman, in her life, everything has to be in moderation, her inner balance needs care and attention.

Does stress cause low progesterone?

There are several factors which combined will result in low progesterone. The two major ones are stress and liver malfunction. Too much stress causes distress which is actually a constant production of cortisol in your body. Producing a hormone takes energy, so the body prioritizes and chooses cortisol and cuts off the progesterone which is important for reproduction. The other thing is that there are so many ways estrogen to get higher - meat with hormones, hormone replacement therapy and plastic. Plastic is full of xenoestrogens which mimic the estrogen produced in the body.

How does the body eliminate the excess of estrogen?

It is obvious that very high levels of estrogen will lead to estrogen dominance and very low levels of progesterone but why? Which organ is responsible for the elimination of the excessive estrogen from the body? The answer is  - the liver. If the liver is not working properly, the excessive estrogen could not be eliminated and it started to cause troubles in the body. The main trouble is that estrogen causes tissues to grow, so it can cause PSOS and even breast cancer. That is the reason why you need to focus on avoiding all the substances like alcohol, caffeine and food preservatives which loads the liver with even more work. On the other hand, your body needs energy to recover and to heal, so a great way to support your liver is with cold lasers. I shared in another article how I started applying coMra daily for two months after I found out that my estrogen levels were too high.

Which are the signs and symptoms of low progesterone?

Many women suffer from low levels of progesterone which is an important reproductive hormone. It sends a signal to the uterus to thicken its walls preparing for pregnancy. If there is no fertilization, the levels drop and the menstrual cycle begins. Low levels of progesterone disrupt the hormonal balance in the body and often leads for estrogen dominance. If you experience premenstrual syndrome, headaches, weight gain, sleeping disorders, anxiety, infertility, no periods or irregular periods, mood swings, then your progesterone production might not be sufficient. Progesterone also increases the activity of the thyroid gland and its deficiency is linked to hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's disease. Factors affecting the production of progesterone vary from exposure to toxins, stress and high levels of estrogen to foods and herbs.

Is there a safe and effective way to heal hormonal imbalance?

You do not need synthetic hormones which will deepen the imbalance. In fact, if your body has available energy, it will use it for healing and regeneration. For example, low-level lasers are very gentle but powerful at the same time. As a cold laser therapy, coMra is working on the level of the cell, providing energy in the form of light. Used on its own, coMra is very effective in restoring overall health. However, combined with the diet and lifestyle changes can be even more beneficial. Low-level laser therapy shows great results and medications can be avoided with all their side effects. So, there is way to restore this extremely precise balance in the body without any hormones, chemicals and other aggressive substances and maybe you should give it a try.

Which are the thoughts that cause headaches but you have never noticed them? How the pain in the head and the brain is formed on an emotional and mental level? Are you aware of your thinking patterns that might manifest as migraines on the physical level?

We call forth disease, or more precisely, dis-ease, when a lack of knowledge throws an area in our lives out of balance. The result of this imbalance first manifests within us as a dis-ease at a psychological level, but unless this is remedied, it will eventually also manifest as a physical disease.

“Health and Holism in the 21st Century” by Théun Mares

If the headache is very occasional it might be caused by dehydration or diet and lifestyle habits but if you have registered that you have headaches or migraines often, then there is a mindset pattern behind them that you might not be aware of. It is most common condition among women, however every person knows what is it to have pain in the head. Thoughts will turn into emotions, the body will register the change and pain occurs. So, the main cause for headaches of any kind is not feeling good about yourself, fear, self-criticism, guilt and a total devaluation of yourself.

“Headaches
Feeling bad about oneself.
Migraines
Feeling bad about oneself, often because of a sense of guilt or a feeling of being inadequate and therefore useless.
Ischemia (Deficiency of Blood Supply to the Brain)
Feeling bad about oneself, often because of a sense of guilt or a feeling of being inadequate and therefore useless.”

“Health and Holism in the 21st Century” by Théun Mares

Headaches could be caused by thinking too much in order to find a solution and not being able to reach an adequate rational one. This is literally “living in the head” and it causes a lot of stress which turns into headaches very quickly. You might have embraced a very deep belief that because of something, you don’t deserve to feel better, to have a good relationship, job, house, life status etc. Ask yourself the questions “Why I don’t feel good about myself? Do I feel worthy?”. Look for situations when you feel inadequate, useless and stupid and observe what kind of thoughts come to your mind. Do you invalidate yourself in any way?

Many people want to control themselves and if they don’t behave as they think it is the best way, they experience headaches. Actually, they beat themselves up every time when they do something “wrong” or make a mistake. You can see that if you try to control yourself, you tend to do the same with the people around you. The resistance to the natural flow of life can turn into all kinds of medical conditions and the headache is one of them. The resistance may cause the emotion of fear to occur and if you are afraid all the time, this is too much stress for your body. Do you imagine the worst scenario in your mind and that makes you fearful? Then do you try to control everything in order to escape that negative scenario? No one can control the natural flow of life, but if you try, you might end up with a severe headache.

Shifting the focus

The opposite of resistance is acceptance, you have to accept yourself with all your flaws and to embrace the possibility of making a mistake and taking the wrong decision. Life will always find a way to support you in your growing, fear is an illusion. You need to find your own way to let go of expectations and to enjoy the flow of life. Try not to be so hard on yourself and to support yourself in your mind instead of choosing the thoughts that will make you feel bad and repeat them over and over again. Find a way to do your best, to complete your projects, to act upon your feelings, just anything that will make you feel good about yourself and will make you see and feel your own value.

You can use the Universal Treatment 1 - Head of coMra therapy to heal the physical symptoms like headaches and migraines, however the holistic approach would require to work on your inner world too. Fresh food and clean water are also essential for your health as much as time spend in nature and the sun, exercising and relaxation. Everything is connected and is in the balance, inside and outside.

How the hormones production in the female body is changing with the years and due to the environment conditions? Which are the symptoms showing that the levels of estrogen are too high or too low? How to understand if you have estrogen dominance or deficiency?

How the estrogen levels change

Estrogen is a group of female hormones which regulates your menstrual cycle, gives you glowing and youthful appearance of the skin, makes your mind sharp and clear. But the levels of this hormone fluctuate each month and with the years. It is a very fine balance and if the levels go too high or too low, you will see some signs and symptoms in your body. In the beginning of the menstrual cycle, the estrogen levels are very low and they reach their peak when the ovulation is. After the age of 35, it is more usual to have estrogen dominance because the body is producing less progesterone as you move closer to the menopause phase.

Signs of estrogen deficiency

If you feel at your best only about a week before and up to your ovulation phase but you experience poor concentration, brain fog and forgetfulness during all the other days of your period, then you probably have estrogen deficiency. It also comes with anxiety, depression and mood swings together with the dry skin, saggy breasts, increased appetite and weight gain. The low levels of the hormone may cause insomnia with night sweats, hot flashes, headaches and back pain. The menstrual cycles are heavy and irregular or absent, the libido is low and the fertility is reduced.

Signs of estrogen dominance

If the last phase of the menstrual cycle comes with PMS accompanied by painful cramps and followed by a heavy cycle, then you most probably have a hormonal imbalance which in some cases could be the estrogen dominance. It is also described with a sharp and clear mind but often mixed with high irritability and impatience, anger and nervousness. On the other hand, you might have a strong sense of fertility and sexuality. The estrogen dominance is the main cause of ovarian cysts and polycystic ovarian syndrome, the breast pain and increased breast size, water retention, sugar cravings, weight gain and bloating.

What causes the imbalance and how to treat it?

The adrenal dysfunction caused by too much stress may affect the estrogen production, so you need to find your way to manage stress in order to reduce the cortisol levels and to normalize the estrogen production. The overweight could cause estrogen dominance because part of it is produced there too. The deficiency of nutrients like proteins and good fats, vitamins and minerals could be become the reason for a hormonal imbalance, so make sure that your diet is rich and nutritious in order to support the normal functioning of your body. The coMra therapy can also help you with healing the hormonal imbalance as it heals your organs and gives an energy boost to your body to restore its healthy condition. All the treatments are described in details in the coMra user guide making it easy to apply it at home as it is a very gentle and totally non-invasive method to heal.

To start using coMra, first search your health issue in thecoMra User Guide. If you can find it, start applying the relevant treatment protocol. If you do not find it, start with coMra Universal 3 and coMra Universal 5 protocols. If you have questions and need support by an expert, please contact us.

Which are the hidden patterns in the mind that would manifest as low or high blood pressure? How to understand the messages sent from the body in order to heal the condition starting with its cause? The thoughts and beliefs that we carry with us could turn into harmful emotions which change the inner balance of the body.

If there are hidden patterns in our thinking that we are not aware of, they could cause a medical condition or some symptoms. Every time when we are in the particular situation which triggers a belief that we have embraced at some point of our lives, we would feel it in the body. It is in a direct communication with the subconscious mind where all of the hidden patterns are. So, the symptoms are like messages and we need just to listen carefully to see what information is there for us. When something is happening in our mind which is hurting us in a way that we are not aware of, the emotions will show us as they are expressed by the changes in the body. With time if you do not find a way to deal with the emotions,if you suppress them or neglect them, they will start turning into blockages and diseases in the body.

The blood

For the body, the blood is life, it brings all the oxygen, the energy and the nutrients to the cells, it literally brings life to each little cell in the body, connecting it to the whole which is the organism. The circulatory system is the needed condition for the blood to flow easily. The heart pumps the blood all the time and it is also the center of love, of joy, of the feeling of being connected with everything, of the feeling of belonging, of the feeling that you appreciate life itself. When we have problems in these areas of life, when we resist the flow of life and we don’t appreciate it, the body would show it with either high or low blood pressure.

Blood,
Circulation disorders - Not trusting the process of life.
Pressure (low/ high) - Fear of survival.

“Health and Holism in the 21st Century” by Théun Mares

Low blood pressure

When the blood pressure is low, if shows the lack of joy usually starting in the childhood that has turned into the feeling of unworthiness and not being good enough or into the belief that whatever the person want to do will not be successful. The hidden pattern in the mind shows an attitude towards life of being a victim, not being able to deal with the challenges, of the not being able to make one’s dreams come true. It looks like a person who does not have trust in life, who doubts if they will survive. It show a lack of courage and confidence, the mind is telling that nothing will ever be good and you trust your mind. This condition is the message that somewhere some emotions of despair and hopelessness are stored, like if you do not trust that you will manage to live this life the way it is supposed to be lived. If the blood pressure is low, it could be linked to lack of respect for the self and the others and also with the lack of trust in love, in the capability to find and experience love.

High blood pressure

When the blood pressure is high, it might show the hidden pattern of not being recognized by the people in the family, with the feeling that the people you love do not accept you as you are. There could be unsolved conflicts with the members of the family, a secret wish that someone should leave or on the contrary that someone new should enter the family. The person with high blood pressure is very sensitive and overreacting, they live in a turmoil of emotions, always spending too much energy on thinking about the problems, on creating a lot of fuss and drama around each little thing. After the next disappointment, they have chosen to close their heart in order to protect from feeling too much pain, so no new love or feeling can enter their life anymore and life cannot move easily in their body. The blood vessels do not support the flow of life, but they create obstacles and the blood creates pressure trying to pass through. The hidden cause of this condition could be also an overthinking habit where you replay one and the same problem over and over again.

Shift the focus

So, when there are problems with the blood pressure or the circulation, the message is to let go of the problems, to trust life and search for the solutions and for the support instead of focusing on how nothing will ever be good and successful. You need to create a habit to look for the things in life that makes you feel joyful, you need to find something to really love, to feel appreciation and gratitude, to focus on the beauty, on the harmony and on the support coming from everywhere.

The Universal Treatment 3 - Blood by coMra therapy could be a good start in taking back the responsibility for your health. It is a very gentle way to heal the results of the high or low blood pressure on the body. However, if you want to heal the reason for the condition, you have to start working with the root of it, with the mind and the emotions.

How the emotional and mental conditions like anxiety and depression are linked to the gut? Where most of the hormones of happiness are produced and why you cannot feel good if you have abdominal pain or inflammation? How to heal your gut in order to deal with symptoms like depression, irritability, emotional eating etc.?

Millions of nerve cells could be found in the gut where they form the enteric nervous system, they are controlling the whole digestive system sending signals to the brain about what happens in the gut in every moment. Although, this second brain does not “think”, it controls a very big part of our life - eating and digesting the food. Moreover, this is the place where emotions are born and our behaviour is very much a reflection of the gut health. The gut and the brain have their own communication system, so your thoughts could be indirectly linked to the condition of your gut, to the processes, problems and the hormones produced there.

Serotonin and oxytocin

These hormones are known as the happiness hormones as they are making us feel good, inspired to act, connected to the people around us, emotionally balanced and full of energy. A good quantity of these hormones is produced by the nervous cells of the gut. So, if you suffer from slow metabolism, leaky guts, bloating, colitis and all the other digestive system disorders, the happy hormones production will be corrupted. This will affect your emotional state directly because instead of feeling relaxed and motivated, you will feel tired, irritated and nervous.

Cortisol

The high levels of cortisol are a result of stress and it doesn’t matter if the stress is mental or physical, when your gut receives the signal from the brain that there is a danger, the adrenaline and cortisol levels increase very quickly. If the stress is constant, the cortisol levels never go down, the gut is alarmed all the time, blockages are starting to appear as the abdominal muscles are contracted and some parts of the digestive system might not work properly. The constant stress is linked to inflammatory processes which if are located in the gut might lead to slow metabolism, poor absorption of nutrients, bloating and other painful conditions. When the serotonin and oxytocin levels drop and stay very low for a long period of time, you will feel low and stressed,  anxiety, irritability, sleeping disorders or depression are the next stages.

Magnesium and sugar

The sugar is linked to a lot of diseases, it destroys the health in many ways starting with the blood sugar levels, the pancreas and the adrenal glands. When you eat sugar, your body uses the magnesium trying to digest it in the less harmful way. The magnesium deficiency will cause cramps, mood swings, stiff joints and will result in cravings for something sweet. For example, women often crave sweets like chocolate several days before their menstrual cycle. The body actually needs magnesium in order to deal with the menstrual cramps.

So, the more sugar you eat, the less magnesium will stay in the body and the more sugar cravings you will have and all of this will go on in circles. On the other hand, the absorption of the magnesium from foods like nuts and beans could be corrupted due to the problems with the digestions and the overgrowth of the bad bacteria in the gut. So, the consumption of sugar on daily basis might turn into depression, anxiety and behavior problems depending on how healthy your gut is.

Breath and relax

The diet change is a major step in the returning of the balance in the gut, however you will need more than this in order to be able to relax your abdominal muscles, to heal your gut and to recover from the inflammations. Cutting off the sugar is a good way to start the healing process and to support your microbiome will all the good bacteria living in the intestines. The breathing exercises are also relaxing the gut brain affecting it in a very positive way, helping you to decrease the cortisol levels. Almost all of the results of constant stress on your body could be healed with the coMra therapy.  It is a very gentle and non-invasive way to awaken the inner healing abilities of your own body.Once you heal your gut and digestive system, the depression, anxiety, irritability and nervous breakdowns will start disappearing too.

Do you feel tired all the time and rely on caffeine to keep up with your day? Do you have an extreme crash of energy levels, especially in the afternoon and sleeping disorders in the night? Maybe you experience adrenal fatigue and you want to deal with it in a natural way without medications.

The malfunctioning of the adrenal glands could lead to various symptoms like fatigue, problems to fall asleep at night, cravings for sugar or salt, anxiety, weight gain, brain fog, hair loss, joints pain etc. Many people are experiencing it as a constant feeling of stress and low levels of energy. Usually, they reply on caffeine in order to be able to be productive during the day which could make the condition even worse. The first stage is related to an overwhelming fatigue right after a stressful experience or to be more exact, if the person perceives it as stressful. In some time, the constant stress could lead to irritability and exhaustion. Here are some tips to help you with the symptoms and the cause of that condition.

Cut the caffeine, drink water

The need for more and more coffee or chocolate, can be a result of the adrenal fatigue and to cut if off is the first step. If you are depleted of energy and your body cannot go on like this, you don’t need to force it even more as the depletion will become more severe. It is much better to drink more water and to support your body naturally. You can drink calming tea in the evening in order to have a good sleep, then in the day you will have more energy. The stimulants will only make your adrenal glands work harder and it will be more difficult to decrease the levels of cortisol they produce.

Eat healthy, avoid sugar

Sugar is a very popular stimulant which immediately triggers the insulin levels and the rising of the blood sugar. The levels of the stress hormone - cortisol will rise too. You need to make some changes in your diet and to include more proteins, fresh fruits and vegetables and good fats. Your body needs a good fuel to run on, so make sure that you eat enough vitamins, antioxidants and amino acids with your food. If you crave salty foods, you can add them in a proper quantity, sometimes the body will use the salt in order to maintain the blood sugar levels.

Be gentle

You need to develop a soft and non-aggressive approach to your body and to yourself in general in order to deal with the adrenal fatigue. The main goal in that case is to calm down, so that your adrenal glands to produce the healthy quantity of cortisol. The coMra therapy can help you in a very gentle way, giving your body the additional energy it needs in order to deal with the depletion and the stress. The Universal Treatment 5 from the coMra user guide is a healing course which is very suitable for this condition. You can combine it with some moderate exercise like stretching or yoga, however it is  better to avoid intense training programs and running which may increase the cortisol levels. All the treatments of the coMra therapy could be combined, so if you need to deal with other conditions, the coMra user guide can help you creating your own healing course.

Follow a daily routine

While your adrenals regulate the natural cycles of sleep, you need to support that process by following a daily routinTry to wake and go to bed at the same time every day, avoid watching screens at least two hours before going to bed and make sure you sleep enough. Maintaining the routine is the most difficult thing when the adrenals are not working properly as you cannot sleep during the night and feel tired the whole day after that. Then all of this repeat the next day, and the day after that, it can easily become a vicious circle which leads to even more depletion and exhaustion of the adrenal glands. All methods of relaxation are recommended combined with coMra therapy for the nervous system - Universal treatment 5. Find out where stress is happening in your life and try to change your perception of the situation or change the situation itself. Many people face burn out after a long period of adrenal fatigue, so you need to address the issue as soon as possible.
