Today more and more are people choosing to stay away from invasive treatments and long-term dependence on pharmaceutical drugs. One effective and non-toxic healing modality which is becoming recognised is coMra-Therapy, which combines low-level laser light with magnetism, colour LEDs, and in some models ultrasound. Physiotherapists have used low-level lasers for the relief of pain for a long time. But nowadays they are being increasing used across a wide variety of medical disciplines, and are not limited to pain relief.

How can one explain this wide range of medical benefits? Low-level laser light in coMra-Therapy is of a power that stimulates tissue repair. This regenerative ability means that it has a wide range of beneficial applications. For example, cells respond to laser light by increasing respiratory activity, enhancing cell proliferation which leads to tissue regeneration and improving resistance of cells to toxins, hypoxia and other stress factors.

Today, more and more ordinary people are benefiting from the healing effects of coMra-Therapy in the treatment of both acute conditions, such as cuts, burns, muscle and tendon injuries, as well as chronic conditions, from persistent back pain to multiple sclerosis, and from intestinal disease to sciatica.

Claudie Lemoine is a clinical massage therapist, who uses coMra-Therapy to add a new dimension to her work. Here Claudie talks about one of the areas in which coMra-Therapy has helped her clients.

“A lady came with unbearable pain on the top of her foot. She had been treated with cortisone and other medicines for 8 years for arthritis and osteoporosis. Her legs, and especially her feet, were purple with red patches, spider veins and varicose veins and some were completely black already.

When she came for the second treatment, she said that the top of her foot was no longer painful, although the external side was bothering her now. I asked her permission to treat her for sciatica as I do with deep tissue massage, but using the laser machine instead. She gladly agreed, even though she was a bit sceptical. Well, it proved effective!

By the ninth treatment, the improvement was radically visible, and she could from then on walk straight, without limping or pinching her lips. That day, she phoned the receptionist from town and said to let me know that she “is in town, walking all over the streets as never before and she has no pain whatsoever!"

There is no doubt that coMra-Therapy is fast becoming the medicine of choice, and this is not just due to its effectiveness. It is also becoming popular, because it is safe to use, even on a long-term basis, is fully portable and is completely non-invasive.

An early 2011 study published by 2 scientists working for the FDA in the United States concluded that:

"After nearly 45 years of low intensity level light applications in humans with lasers (or any other optical to near infrared light sources) there are no known reports of any adverse side effects to the best of our knowledge."*

This article is written for men... sorry ladies... though the P.S. at the end  may be helpful to you. 🙂

In our day to day lives there are so many seemingly insignificant little things that end up being pains in one way or another. Pains we simply have no easy, practical solutions for. So what do we do?

As men, we just put up with them and keep moving as best we can. However, a mentor once said to me, Garrett, it is not the big things in life you have to worry about because you will always find the resources to tackle those, looking after yourself and your family. Instead, it is all the seemingly small and insignificant things, like pebbles in your shoe, that end up causing so much grief, which inevitably impacts everyone around you too.

I asked myself, could I corroborate this with my own life experience? If yes, then why is this so? I found my own life experience proves this out, but before I go further please allow me to clarify my focus with respect to the seemingly insignificant little things I am referring to in this article.

I am referring specifically to everyday pains such as:

Pretty much universal experiences for us all in our day to day lives.

So what impact do these pains have?

No doubt we could all make a long list of impacts , which could include things such as;

BUT

The overarching theme that emerges from all of these things

that I want to focus on, at least respecting my experience, is wishing I had a simple solution because all the conventional so called “solutions” just did not work for me. For instance, there would be no way I would go to the doctor for anything, and I did not want the hassle of any of, what I perceived as elaborate self care that my wife suggested.

Perhaps it is different for a woman than a man, I do not know, but as a man, I would just keep moving when these pains came up. Compensating for them and trying to manage everything going on in my life as best I could. I did this until they passed or for as long as I could until there was absolutely no choice but to deal with them. Like getting pain killers, or getting a prescription for some codeine cough syrup. I mean seriously what man wants the hassle or expense of looking after these little pains? So I just carried on.

Then in 2009 I started using coMra-Therapy.

It took a while to sink in, but the more of the above kind of day to day pains I successfully treated, the more a light bulb was slowly starting to turn on. Then one day it dawned on me! I am looking after my own health and the health of my family simply and practically without all the hassle, bother and expense of having to depend on some system, which is something I resist anyway. All at my own convenience.

So how does all of this relate to my experiential corroboration of my mentors words? Well, it was not until after some of time using coMra-Therapy and the experience I gained through that that I could compare to my life before it. That's when I realised I took a huge step forward in my life in terms of feeling self sufficient knowing, through first had experience, that I can and I am  looking after my health and that of my family's. This is of course a very uplifting feeling compared to the frustration of having to put up with “one damn thing after another”.

So no more just putting up with such pains for my family and I

My before and after life experience has made all the difference.

P.S. Ladies, if you have a man who fits the above profile then you may just surreptitiously get him to give himself the care you want to see him give himself, simply and easily.

Don’t know how about you, but I’ve found that if I don’t get enough quality sleep, the quality of my life immediately starts to suffer. There used to be times when I loved to work late night, as this is the time when everyone at home is in bed and I enjoy the silence and could focus on my work. But this is not the case anymore, as with waking up everyday at 7am, it really does not work for me to go to bed later than midnight. And often even this alone is not enough, as one thing is to go to bed and another to fall asleep. So in looking for the optimal constellation for a good, deep and relaxing sleep I discovered what does and what doesn’t work for me…

In looking for the optimal constellation for a good, deep and relaxing sleep I discovered what does and what doesn’t work for me… My 10 don’ts and do’s for a good, deep and relaxing sleep.

Let’s start with what spoils my sleep:

1. Stimulating the brain before going to bed

Anything that requires a mental focus and intensive thinking, like writing presentations, responding to business e-mails, studying, or any mental activities which stimulate brain activity done before going to bed, make it difficult to fall asleep. Therefore I try to avoid these kind of activities at least 2 hours before going to bed.

2. Tired eyes from mobile phone and computer screens staring

Mental stimulation doesn't necessarily concern work only, but also spending time on social media, reading nonsense posts and articles or watching videos could easily put me in an agitated state of mind that takes time to subside, but it also makes my eyes tired and itchy. This is why I avoid the late night staring into computer and mobile phone screen if I want to get a good refreshing sleep.

3. Evening overeating and full stomach

When our bodies are getting ready to sleep, they simply should not be loaded with other tasks, like for example having to process food. So I try to get my dinner at around 8pm latest and leave enough time to my body to do whatever it needs to be free to relax in few hours, after the heavy digestion work has been done.

4. Emotionally disturbing movies

I love to watch movies at evenings, and of course if one wants to relax and avoid work this is definitely one of the preferred activities to spend the evening with. However a good thrilling movie could often leave me in a state of mental and emotional turmoil that could easily keep me awake for hours after I go to bed. That’s why I would rather leave movies which I know will impact on my emotions for the weekend, when I know I can sleep longer in the morning and compensate for the hours lost in digesting the plot of the movie.

5. Sport activities

It really depends on the concrete type of sport, but I know from experience the longer and more exhausting the sports activity is (e.g. football or weight lifting), the longer it takes for the adrenaline in the body to subside and release the body and mind into a state of relaxation.

I would lie if i say I am so disciplined to stick to these five points every evening and also this has never really been the point for me. It’s more that I realise I know well enough my body and what not to do if I want to get a good night sleep. But there are also some tricks I have learnt that help me even when I don't stick to the “rules”.

Now let's see what helps me sleep better:

6. Meditation

Meditation helps me relax the body and mind, and calm down emotions. There are different techniques for meditation, but what works for me personally is the so called Active Dreaming Technique, which I discovered in Cry of the Eagle - a book by Théun Mares. What is even better is that almost every-time I use the technique, I also get beautiful, colourful and vivid dreams.

7. Classical music

I listen to all kinds of music, but the impact classical music has on my whole being is incomparable with anything else. It takes good headphones, cozy armchair, dimmed light and the companion of some of the great masters of classical music to clean up my mind of any thoughts. Vivaldi or Chopin before sleep probably work best for me.

8. Good read

If I want to fall asleep really quickly I pick up a book… and I don’t mean a boring book 🙂 … Just whenever I try to read in bed it takes just few minutes before my eyelids start to fall… And why not practice this with a good one on the topic: Why We Sleep

9. coMra Wave Belt

We live in an age of technological inventions and so my last two points are about technology that helps me get a better sleep. It’s said that our second brain is in our gut and that its state affects our other brain in the head. This is not a surprise knowing that the ecosystem of our stomach comprises some 100 million neurons, more than the spinal cord. What has proven working very well for the well-being of my stomach neurons and thus for my emotional and mental balance is the coMra Wave Belt. I usually wear it an hour before I get to bed for bets results.

10. coMra Palm

The second technological invention that has proven itself as an excellent help for a good, deep and relaxing sleep (and not only for that) is coMra Palm. This is small, pocket size therapeutic devices for personal use that repairs and balances the functioning of cells in the body. I often use the coMra Palm in bed before sleep to get into a drowsy state that unnoticeably turns into sleep. Another benefit of using the coMra Palm before sleep is that I also wake up light and happy, ready to jump out of bed and meet the new day with a smile 🙂

I really hope some of my tips will work also for you and help you get a better, more refreshing and regenerating sleep, for a happier and more energetic life 🙂

How can it be possible for one device, such as the coMra Palm, to be able to be used to treat such a wide range conditions?

Having worked with coMra-Therapy over the last few years I have observed that within the health industry there is a strong conditioning and mindset regarding how we deal with our health challenges when they occur.

The main options we have available, which are reinforced by the allopathic model industry, are that we must wait until something goes wrong (to react), and while we are waiting we must also prepare for this “eventuality” by taking out insurance to protect ourselves from the ever growing costs that will occur.

There is very little effort invested into our education or into preventative medicine, so that we have the knowledge to respond intelligently to our conditions, and also that our systems are better able to fight off the challenges that come our way.

Coming back to the coMra Palm!

Not only do I treat these conditions when they occur, but I also treat myself beforehand (preventative treatments) to activate my immune system to increase its ability to fight off many of these conditions.

By treating myself with coMra-Therapy I assist my cells to produce more available energy where needed, and from this my cells are then better able to meet the demands required of them, and at the same time I also create an environment for my cells which is more supportive to healing.

In this way I am being pro-active regarding the health of my body, just like I ensure that I eat healthy food, exercise and get good rest.

I experienced these benefits most profoundly when I received a fracture to my forearm a few years ago, where I was able to remove my stitches after one week instead of the normal two weeks, much to my traumatologist’s amazement and consternation when he saw what I had done. 🙂

He also mentioned later that with the accelerated regeneration on my arm after two months, his patients normally experienced this level of regeneration only at four months.

During this whole process, I took no medication for pain due to calming effects from my treatments with coMra-Therapy.

With my investment in this versatile device, apart from my own benefits in treating myself, I am also able to offer these benefits to my family and friends.

Feeling blue?  You are not alone. These are 4 ways to survive January blues in a simple and effective way.

January blues

Starting on Thanksgiving and all the way through to Christmas or Hanukkah, our mood changes rapidly.  For some the holiday season is filled with fun social gatherings of friends and family, and for others with sadness, loneliness and anxiety.  When January rolls in we are left with the aftermath of the holiday season, such as: excessive spending, eating, drinking and partying; unrealistic expectations that were not met; New Year’s resolutions that are already broken; financial stress, and fatigue from overwhelming guests and social gatherings.  The weather is dark and gloomy when reality kicks in and our mood takes a dip dragging us to seasonal depression.

What to do to beat them

1. Acknowledge how you feel

January blues affect a big percentage of the population; you are not alone.  Denying it and pretending all is well means that you suppress your sadness because you feel you are not able to do anything about it.  It is when you feel helpless that depression breaks in and by passively accepting your sadness you do not allow any room to start working for happiness.  Happiness is when the triad of what we “think-feel-do” is in sync and is the first step to your long lasting well-being.  You cannot get there if the “feel” part is denied and therefore missing.  It means that your actions will only be the result of your thoughts and how good could this be if you think you are helpless?  You see the trap?  When you act from the place of victim you will keep sinking further and further to your depression and helplessness.   So, acknowledge your sadness and the fact that there is something you can do about to change it.

2. Self-Care

Now that you have acknowledged your feelings it is time to take action.  Start with yourself!  Squeeze at least 30 minutes of “me time” in your everyday routine.  What is the one thing you enjoy and you never manage to do because everything and everybody else is a priority?  Well, this is the time to do it!  Nurture yourself by taking a long hot bath, listening to the music, scheduling a massage, reading a book, or catching up with good friends.  If you relax watching TV, watch mood boosting films instead.  You can also start something new that you always wanted to do for yourself; painting, knitting, spinning, or zumba classes.  Uplift yourself by keeping a gratitude journal or a journal of your ideal life instead of writing down how miserable you feel.  Your feelings are not who you are.  Focus on your needs instead and allow space in your life for them to be attended.

3. Introduce Light in your Life

Now that you have taken the first steps to self-care, you need to support your body with the necessary natural energy – light – to beat your symptoms of depression.  Reduced day light is a proven risk factor in wintertime sadness.  Both animals and humans react to wintertime with changes in mood and behaviors.  Seasonal depression occurs as the days grow shorter and the nights grow longer.  Moving closer to the equator is not an option for most of us, but there is another way to bring light into your lives: coMra-Therapy.  It is proven that low level laser therapy, or else photobiomodulation, produces statistically significant antidepressant responses (1).

You can enhance your mood and help depression through photobiomodulation and the use of coMra Palm as low level laser therapy (a) increases oxygen and blood flow to the prefrontal cortex which is essential for alleviation of depressive symptoms, and (b) it reduces neuroinflammation in the central nervous system which is correlated with depression.  Light therapy is also the most researched and widely-used treatment for seasonal depression.  The coMra Palm combines infrared laser, light therapy through LEDs and magnetic field and is a natural, inexpensive, effective and easy way to provide your body with the necessary energy and healing light it needs for symptom relief and mood elevation.

4. Ask for Support

Now that you have started being present in your life it is important for you to look to your environment for a support system for yourself.  Getting family help is a great place to start.  Talking to family members about how you feel and how you are tackling it could help them understand your state of being and provide support.  Close friends and trusted co-workers could also serve the same purpose.  Surround yourself with as many positive and supportive people as possible.  If family members and close friends are not around, join support or community groups who have similar needs with yours and could give you much needed support.  Camaraderie is vital for the healing process.  A therapist could also help you with symptom relief and coping strategies to deal with the issues that affect you.

A Minor Injury and Pain and Avoiding Further Stress from a Collision

"I have a number of examples in my years of using coMra-Therapy where I felt such relief to have it there and ready to use when I needed it. I didn't have to stop at a store or clinic first, make an appointment or wait for anything or anyone. I knew that it would immediately start supporting my body to heal.  The below is one of my examples of when I was in a minor vehicle collision. The last thing I needed was more stress effecting my body, and I was able to achieve a sense of peace and relaxation with the support of this amazing therapy."

If you’ve ever been in an automobile crash, either very minor to very serious, then you likely understand the rigmarole that one may go through as a result. I myself haven’t been in a serious car crash, but from the stories I’ve heard from others and dealing with my own minor collision, I have some experience.

Talking to insurance agents that may not be overly forthcoming with support; injuries that could land one in the hospital or even minor ones that can impact one’s life for years or for the rest of one’s life; going to court and dealing with lawyers; more insurance agents to look after your vehicle; finding support from family and friends could also be challenging for some people - these are only a few examples I’m sure.

“But I was also relaxed knowing that when I arrived home I would immediately start treating with coMra-Therapy.”

When my husband and I had our collision, we were hit from behind. We were stopped and the other car wasn’t going too fast, but fast enough that we both jolted forward when hit. We were still able to drive our car, but there was a big dent in the bumper and trunk. On the way home, I started feeling an odd sensation in my neck and down my back, and a general stiffness. I knew I was in a bit of shock so I tried to focus on keeping my body relaxed. I didn’t feel that I was injured enough to go to the hospital, so we didn’t. I was somewhat concerned because I had heard that minor injuries can often show up more the following day and even a couple of weeks after. But I was also relaxed knowing that when I arrived home I would immediately start treating with coMra-Therapy.

“I kept treating myself with coMra-Therapy as I knew that regardless of knowing or not knowing what my injuries were or the severity, I would still be treating myself with the Delta.”

The following day, both my husband and I could feel some pain and tension and I just knew that my body felt different. I kept treating myself with coMra-Therapy as I knew that regardless of knowing or not knowing what my injuries were or the severity, I would still be treating myself with the Delta. We were recommended by our friend to go to see a Doctor. At first I said I wouldn’t because what would they do besides perhaps tell me what they saw, and then I would still need to visit other therapists to receive treatment. But he said it was more to do with covering ourselves for insurance purposes, so we went. Sure enough, the Doctor really didn’t have anything to say or do. He just wrote notes about what we said and signed it, and then said we would need to see some other therapists.

“….regardless of whether or not I ended up getting any other type of therapy done with a practitioner, I would continue using coMra along with these therapies.”

Not that other therapists couldn’t help me, because they could, but I believed it would take some time to get any support from the insurance to visit anyone and that they would have their own idea of what I should be doing for therapy. Plus, regardless of whether or not I ended up getting any other type of therapy done with a practitioner, I would continue using coMra along with these therapies.

This process was getting more stressful by the day, which is not what I wanted or needed in order to help the pain and tension in my body. I was so relieved when I could just sit back at home and treat myself when I needed to. No waiting for insurance or an appointment with someone else. This supported me in being able to relax, which is imperative for any healing to take place.

When I finally received my paper work to fill out in order to receive treatment I was already so fed up with this broken system. I had often wondered why people got lawyers and went to court over these small accidents when it was clear which party was at fault. In our case the other driver had claimed responsibility because he wasn’t watching. So besides how we created this reality for ourselves, which is not the context for this article, legally we were not at fault. Yet we were the ones that needed to chase the insurance company and prove our injuries, get our car looked at, and then fill out insurance jargon paper work. Through this process I could see why people chose to hire lawyers.

“What reassured me at this point of receiving this paper work was that I was already feeling so much better from the treatments with coMra-Therapy.”

What reassured me at this point of receiving this paper work was that I was already feeling so much better from the treatments with coMra-Therapy. My neck and back and jaw were feeling close to how they normally feel. This was after 2-3 weeks of treating every day. I didn’t fill out the paper work afterwards. It was all about me having to prove my injuries over again and prove that I was actually put out somehow by the accident. If I hadn’t had coMra-Therapy to treat myself, I would have had to go through this huge process over months dealing with insurance. I’m sure I would have had some very good treatments with massage therapists and chiropractors and perhaps others, and that it would have helped me, but as I said above, I still would have used coMra between treatments. Where I had already felt so much improvement it just wasn’t worth it to me to go through this insurance process.

I continued to treat where it was bothering me and before long I felt fully back to normal. I mainly treated myself where I felt the pain and mis-alignment in my body but I also did the Universal blood treatment and treated my adrenals to help my body recover from the shock. I also continued to take a magnesium supplement, which I take regularly, to keep my muscles more relaxed, as well as taking some Arnica in homeopathic form.

I have shared in this article that I am 7+ years user of coMra Therapy. My personal experience says that it is extremely effective for all upper respiratory tract infections and immunity in general - in common language cold and flu.

Children`s doctors are happy

You can read in one of my older blogs about Nikopol children rehabilitation centre. What they have discovered after treating hundreds of kids is that coMra helps quickly with particular conditions like bronchitis, tonsillitis or common cold. This is extremely helpful, because children come for neuro rehabilitation for limited period of time and spending week or two of that time with colds is not an option.

However, besides that, it improves immunity and infection resistance over the time. Children visit centre year after year, that is why doctors are able to collect long-term information.

Empty medicine chest

Charity starts at home and my family has been adapting our habits to coMra Therapy gradually. In the past, seasonal cold and flu 2-3 times a year, with days spent at home to recover, were quite normal. And besides that - tons of pills were used every time to give body a boost.

Fever treatment

Now suppose that prophylactics have not worked and you or your child has got the fever, cold or flu, what to do? First of all, if there is an increased body temperature you will need to apply Blood treatment as it greatly balances and speeds up immune response:

In the first 24 hours you may opt for a more frequent application and treat yourself or your child every 6 hours.

Sinusitis treatment and other specialised

Now consider you also have a nasal obstruction. What I found in practice as the most simple, yet suitable and reliable is the treatment you will find in the coMra User Guide.

You just skip point 3 with Probe terminal, which is available only for Delta multi-set owners. While it is certainly effective, you may do well without it too, just treat points 1 and 2 with coMra Palm. This treatment may be as well increased in frequency for first 2-3 days. You should see a clear improvement and continue application for a few more days after most of the symptoms are gone. If you have a sore throat or coughing you may need to add extra points as per Oto8 or Oto9 and Pulmo1. You just skip point 3 with Probe terminal, which is available only for Delta multi-set owners. Medicine chest became empty over the years as pills expired. Almost nothing left there besides something to treat trauma and maybe paracetamol. Cold and flu and other respiratory infections still happen from time to time, passing quite lightly and quickly. This may seem not a feat, but consider zero pharma consumption. Normally one would have serious complications without pharmacological treatment.

Back to practicalities

So how one could practically approach URI treatment with coMra Therapy? First rule to remember is prevention better than the treatment. And coMra is most suitable for that. Because of its innate harmlessness and specific mechanism of action it is one of the best therapies to be used for prevention of many different conditions. Learn more on how coMra works here (video).

Prevention is best medicine

In the coMra user Guide there is a special chapter devoted to Universal Treatments which are basically of 5 types: Head, Heart, Blood, General Bio-stimulation for Physical exhaustion, General Bio-stimulation for Emotional exhaustion. And for children between 3 and 12 there is a special adapted version of Bio-stimulation, that makes this procedure extremely comprehensive, yet comparatively quick.

All of these points are marked on the pictures in the User Guide so it is easy to find them. Most probably your child will require your assistance for doing the procedure, especially for treating points on the back.

For the prevention of URI you will need to apply this course seasonally 2-3 times a year.

The contribution of health professional to the well being of the general population and why the coMra Palm is the ideal partner for such professionals.

As I have shared in my previous article, I recently had to go through an adventure with my health and one of the aspects of this adventure was that I ended up developing a severe case of muscular atrophy. In order to overcome this condition, it was recommended by my doctors to commence physical therapy. And so I did; I managed to find an excellent physical therapist and together we created a therapy schedule and we began our physical therapy sessions.

Practical knowledge of therapist

This experience gave me the opportunity to realise that there exists a vast amount of healing work that the doctors do not reserve for themselves; they outsource this work to the various health professionals. The contribution of all these professionals to the well being of the general population is truly enormous and, personally, I do not believe that they are the recipients of the gratitude we really owe them.

I have come to realise that these professionals, be it physical therapists, acupuncturists, shiatsu therapists as well as all other health professionals out there, have managed to accumulate a great amount of practical knowledge about the human body and the human organism in general. However, I am very much afraid that all this knowledge is not being recorded in its entirety and, what is even worse, is not even being considered as “science”.

What is really "alternative" medicine?

Unfortunately, especially in the so-called “western world”, we have come to consider as medical science the application of pharmaceutical substances and their effects on the human organism and only. All other knowledge regarding healing has been acquiring derogatory definitions, like “alternative”; definitions that carry the clear implication that they do not refer to “real”, to “actual” science. As if science is not a synthesis of knowledge but instead is its compartmentalisation, which is especially formatted to serve certain corporate interests.

The subject is, of course, vast and we could dedicate many articles on it. However, for the purposes of this article, I wish to adopt a positive, a synthetic approach. Therefore, the million-dollar question is: Why is coMra-Therapy and the coMra Palm device the ideal partner for all health professionals?

Ground principles of coMra

First, both coMra-Therapy as well as the coMra Palm device are based on principles that are scientific with the true sense of the concept of “medical science”, that is: knowledge that is able to intelligently co-operate with all of life while at the same time implementing the principle “First Do No Harm”. In other words, there are absolutely no side effects whatsoever in performing any healing process with the coMra Palm device.

Second, the coMra Palm device is able to intelligently co-operate with all healing modalities, with all healing arts, from the ones considered to be “mainstream” all the way to any other healing approach. The coMra Palm is not mutually exclusive with any healing art, process or approach. On the contrary, it co-operates with every single existing healing prospect, enhancing its healing effects.

A flexible tool for variety of treatment strategies

I happen to have personal experience of this as I implemented the coMra-Therapy on myself at a time when I was taking cortisone, a pharmaceutical healing method which is “as mainstream allopathic as it gets”, as well as at a time when I was not using any pharmaceutical substance but I was in the process of physical therapy. In both instances the healing process was enormously supported. In the case of cortisone, coMra reduced its side effects significantly; side effects like stress, insomnia, faster heartbeat etc were not as strong. But even when I developed muscular atrophy and required physical therapy, the process of muscle rehabilitation was also significantly faster due to the implementation of coMra.

Therefore, irrespective of whether you are a physical therapist, an acupuncturist, a shiatsu therapist, a therapist working with essential oils or using any other healing approach, the coMra Palm is your ideal partner. It co-operates with your healing art, enhancing its results; which brings us to...

Third, the “coMra application” does contain certain suggested healing processes, covering the entire spectrum of ailments. However, these processes are not fixed protocols that must be implemented no matter what. They are suggestions of processes that have worked in the past regarding those particular ailments, nevertheless improvisation is also the name of the game. Due to the fact that coMra is thoroughly safe and side effect free, each therapist using the knowledge of his/her particular healing art as well as the knowledge he/she has of the human body, may improvise on the suggested healing protocols or even devise new healing protocols altogether.

In time, the “coMra application” has the dynamic to become the common denominator of all healing arts, a true meeting space for all healers who wish to evolve their science. Instead of “compartmentalising” it shall become a synthesis of all healing arts under the banner of the true medical science.

A few years ago I was able to recover, from a fracture in my forearm using coMra-therapy without using any pain medication, and I have been using coMra-Therapy for many years with different conditions such as wounds, digestion and stress on myself and also with with patients, so when the coMra Palm came along I have been very happy with the ease of use, and also with the benefits.

Rugby club

After joining a local rugby club a year ago we have started playing a few matches this summer , and it is fairly common during these matches to acquire a few scrapes and bruises. Having the coMra Palm available has been a big help. 🙂

One one occasion we travelled from sea level inland to the base of the andes mountains with quite a significant change in altitude, when some time after the match I felt the effects of the exercise which was experienced as a shortness of breath. When on applying the coMra Palm I was able to slide the device under my shirt and continue conversing with my team members, while treating myself at the same time.

Within half an hour from starting the treatment I was felt much better, and my breathing had returned to normal.

On two further occasions I have received scapes to my knee, and on both occasions it helped to have the coMra Palm handy so to speak, to boost the healing process, where I experienced the multiple healing benefits from this process, and at times I could even feel the increased blood circulation in the wound area.

Vet and Horses

In a different scenario, I am currently working with a local vet who is assisting a foal to recover from a canine attack, where Libertad received multiple wounds to her hips, chest, and also a fracture to her neck.

Due to both work challenges, for the last 10 days I have been unable to get through to apply the treatments, though I managed to leave a coMra Palm with Lorena to continue treating Libertad, and I was quite pleased when I returned to see that most of the wounds have healed quite remarkably within the time that I was away, leaving only her major wound on her chest with more time to heal, as well the  fracture on her neck.

What is surprising everyone that Libertad is now up and walking, and yesterday I observed that she was able to wobble along on her own with some minor assistance while turning, for 20 minutes before returning to her stable to rest.

One of the fascinating effects I have seen on quite a few wounds that have been treated by coMra-Therapy, is that the wound actually grows closed on its own without the need for stitches, leaving almost no scarring irrespective of the size of the wound, also with hardly any risk of infection.

I have been using coMra-Therapy for a number of years now, since 2010 and didn’t know at the time how this device was going to play a role in my life or to the extent that I would be using it. I didn’t and haven’t had any major health concerns or life threatening illnesses so one might say in this case that they don’t really need such a device. My one major issue I wanted to use this therapy with was my skin. I had been dealing with mild acne for years and had regular breakouts. I also had discoloration from older breakouts and picking at my face which took months to heal but never really went away because the newer ones replaced the older ones.

I had quite amazing results from the coMra treatments, better than anything I’d ever tried in my years working in the Esthetics field. The discoloration went away completely and I had fewer pimples than I’d had in years. I treated my face of course, but in this process I also learned about the blood irradiation treatment which was a huge contributor in clearing my skin up. With this blood treatment I started to understand more about the effect that coMra-Therapy has on the body and the support that it provides in order for healing to take place. The body has the inherent knowledge and capability to heal and coMra assists this process by contributing to create the best conditions to move this process along in a much quicker and efficient manner.

coMra became a trusted companion

In having this observation and also in wanting to manage my health as self-sufficiently as is possible, coMra-Therapy became a trusted health companion in my life.

Although the treatment for my skin had very satisfactory results for me, the biggest appreciation that I developed, and still have for coMra comes from my desire to manage my own health. Also, after using it over time and having it so accessible when I have some sort of pain or at times injury, it’s amazing. I don’t have to leave my home and I can simply sit back in the comfort of home and give myself a treatment. The ability that the Delta, and now the coMra Palm, allows for me to do this is absolutely invaluable.

A recent example is when I was traveling abroad in Greece and on the last day of my visit there I started getting sick. I had a sore throat and some congestion in my sinuses and feeling very tired. I was quite worried because I had been on an airplane in the past with sinus congestion and it was very painful, and I was getting on a plane within 24 hours. I was in a conference all day but I was able to sit there with my Delta and treat myself off and on throughout the day.

Receiving a coMra Palm gift

Then I received my coMra Palm that day as a gift and I was very excited to be able to take it with me on the plane. It is the perfect size for a plane ride! On the overseas plane ride home I treated myself with the coMra Palm a number of times around my sinuses, my throat, and some points on my neck that are part of the blood treatment. I would treat for about 20—30 minutes, then wait a few hours and do it again. Together with the coMra Palm I got myself through the trip with no pain in my sinuses or ears or any other uncomfortable symptoms.

I was so relieved that I was feeling okay and it was also great because then I wasn’t worrying anymore and creating more stress on my body, which would then contribute to me getting sick. So whether it’s in my home, a conference room, a hotel room, or an airplane, the coMra Delta and coMra Palm are exceptional health companions.
